Hi-Reps
The first 2 were easy. Of all Cathe's workouts, AOLIH is my favorite. I love the music! Since circuit workouts are my favorite format, I would have to LIC. For the 3rd, it's probably Hi-Reps, especially the upper body - love the music in that one too.
