Shipping is always more expensive on BB products if you order via informercial or the corporate site of Beachbody.com. (People who used the coupon codes that BB once gave out never realized their extra shipping charges eliminated all the savings they thought they were getting. )

I have the Rockin Body & bonus workouts & love them! Doing Booty Time followed by Rock it Out is a killer sweat-fest, total body workout.

HTH.

Thanks for the heads up!!

Joan, or others who know these workouts, what do you think of the two Rockin Results workouts? Are they more intense than the basic package? TIA!!!

I think they are slightly less intense than Dance Party which is the 45 min. long cardio workout in the Basic Set. BB includes 2 - 1 lb. wrist weights that Shaun T uses during the Rockin Results workouts so I think Shaun T takes it down a teeny bit, not a lot. I notice it more on House Your Body than on Hip Hop. I really like the choreography on Hip Hop.

Personally, I never wear the wts during the dance workouts but I use them for 'tweener' weights on weight training dvds. (Eg. shoulder work - going from 3 lbs to 4 lbs on hi rep routines or 10 to 11 lbs on med. rep routines.) I refuse to buy platemates or whatever so I use wrist or hand weights to nudge up from one weight to another. I have small wrists so they work great for me.

HTH. Remember, you can return the workouts if you don't like them. You have 30 days from receipt to inform BB that you want to return them.

I had checked sometime yesterday out of curiosity and no change at that time but I'm so glad that Mary updated her site.
I will be placing my order on pay day for sure. Thanks to everyone for your post.
