Ooooh, exciting! I just checked her website and she has descriptions up:

This DVD is your cardio/pump workout. It is designed to burn calories and increase overall strength.
Workout One is your cardio session and it involves 30 upbeat minutes of shadow boxing that is easy to follow and fun. But don’t let the good time fool you, this workout packs a punch.
Workout Two is your weightlifting session. Kelly keeps your set up time to a minimum and works each muscle group with only two pairs of dbs. Straight forward, challenging and truly effective.
“BOXFIT” is your trim down and get strong DVD!

This DVD includes 2, very different workouts that will sculpt and define your body from-head-to-toe.
Workout One starts with 15 minutes of moderate intensity super sculpting drills followed by 15 minutes of step aerobics.
Workout Two challenges you in a completely different way. Kelly takes you through tabata rounds consisting of loop band work for your lower body, shadow boxing with light dbs to sculpt your upper body and hi-impact moves on a high step for a metabolic blast.
Both 30 minute workouts on “SuperSculpt” are designed to burn maximum calories, sculpts lean muscle mass, and improve your overall functional fitness.

They both sound interesting to me. I love her workouts that alternate boxing drills and weights, and so hopefully that is a premix that would included on the boxfit one. The super sculpt one - I love the idea of the lower body w/band work. I just finished her split sessions lower workout on monday w/all the band work, and am still feeling my outer thighs and glutes today!

I will not be ordering these (I have enough of her workouts) but is this a regular filming with Greg directing and other participants? (standing six feet apart?) Just curious

Thanks! I don't have a fb account, so I'll have to look for updates here or remember to check her site.

I was but a child of twelve when I was a soloist in a small ballet company. We did performances. I remember one gentleman, he might of been gay. But no one cared about his personal life. It was so hard to find male dancers and they weren't paid very much. The dancers religion, politics, none of it mattered. We all just worked towards the performances. I guess to me, Kelly is a good instructor. I don't care about her personal life.

Mary, I understand what you are saying but when the personal life bleeds over into the professional life it matters to me and I see a distinct difference between the situation you mentioned and the one we are kind of discussing. As a customer I don’t want to know what an instructor believes about social, political, or religious issues and IMHO the beliefs should not be overtly and combatively expressed on a FB page that is intended to be a professional forum. It’s okay if you and others don’t feel the same way. We’re all entitled to our opinions and express it with our purchase decisions.

Mary, for the most part I don't care about an instructor's personal life either. But when an instructor hits upon an issue that means enough to me, I don't want to spend my workout time with them. My workout time is my way to release stress. I just wish instructors would just not mention it, then I could enjoy their workouts .

I have to say, so far no instructor has said anything yet (that I know of) to make me not want to work out with them. But the year is only halfway over lol!
