Most barre workouts are designed so that they can be done on consecutive days. Studios usually recommend 5-6 times per week. However if you use heavier weights or do especially challenging workouts, you might want to take more rest days. I find that 2-3 days on, 1 day off (doing something else or taking a rest day) works well for me.

Lora I think because you were unclear on what you mean by results. Weight loss? Flexibility? Muscle definition? Caloric burn? I saw TONS of results posted in this thread and I think it's just a misunderstanding of a vague term "results."
