Wow thats amazing. She's deadlifting 100 pounds. Only 3 reps but STILL. I guess higher weight low rep is the way to go for strength as you age.

I'm not sure what I love most about her, but I think my favorite thing about the video is that she is working out in a Grinch Christmas sweatshirt.
(Is it workout attire or just something she happened to be wearing on a gym day? Either way, it's adorable. )

And, yes, she is very inspiring. That's the one thing I hope I am able to do until the end of my time -- lift weights.
