I must admit her trailer looks really cool and fun. I just don't have all of that equipment at home and available to me.

When I try to close a page and get a bunch of pop-ups going "WAIT!! Don't leave without buying!!" that's an immediate deal-killer.

I wonder if that's what her "at home workouts" are like or not since it says you don't need a bunch of equipment. In other words, were these clips from the home workouts or just a trailer for the program in general.

I haven't tried it yet, but I do own it. It comes with a gym version and an at home version videos, and quite a bit of manuals. I do like Flavia. I get weekly emails and she has always has a new workout, but you can find them on Youtube.

I don't recall a ton of pop ups. That drives me crazy, too. I think all sites like this have that annoying pop up when you try to close the page.

I have the program too and did it last summer. I liked it and it was a nice change from doing dvds. If you need someone telling you what to do (such as the dvds do) it is worth a try.

I did like Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer a bit more- and it's FREE.

Too bad shes in a gym...hard to do Dvd workouts there. And most at home exercisers don't have the cable machine
