CLX Workout Schedule ?

I just bought CLX and received it yesterday. Is there supposed to be a schedule somewhere that tells me which workout to do on which day?

The calendar starts on pg 34 of the Muscle Burns Fat Guidebook.

Yup. There should be an orange book and a green book. The calendar starts on page 34 of the orange book (title is "Muscle Burns Fat Guidebook").

Hmmm. My Muscle Burns Fat guidebook only has 24 pages - including the front and back covers. I guess that's what $29.95 on eBay gets you.

Someone posted the Burn schedule in another thread. Would someone mind posting the other two schedules in this thread?

Push phase is exactly the same format, just using Push circuits in place of Burn circuits. For the last 2 weeks if the Push phase you do Extreme Abs in place of Ab Burner.

Lean phase is the same format as Burn and Push phases. You do Extreme abs the whole time. If you have the add ons you can substitute.

Yes. I assume bootleg. I emailed the seller, who I assume is long gone. The DVDs seem fine - what I previewed anyway.

Maybe I'm dumb, but I don't know how they can make such good copies. And why wouldn't they copy the entire guide? Duh!

Joni, I revised the original rotation to make it more balanced. Several people do CLX with my revised rotation. Beachbody makes great rotations, but their rotations aren't the best:
