Wink Clx

I use 4 of the workouts regularly-I use Burn Intervals,
Get Lean Intervals, Fat Burn Challenge and I've Got Abs. I do much better with low weight circuits.

Those are the ones I've got, but I hardly use them. I forget I've got them--they're stored in a clamshell DVD case, the flipside of my TurboFire collection. I just forget they're in there!

Question CLX-Fit for lie

In the future, I'll probably only do 4 weeks of Push- that heavy for that long is a bit tough on my shoulders.
What is Fit for Life? Am I living on another planet?

Hmm, maybe it's called Lean for Life? It's Chalene's rotation that you do after the 12 week program and it mixes up the phases and uses all the workouts. Debbie S. tweaked it a bit to make it more balanced and it's a fun way to use all of the DVDs for a little more variety.

It is called Lean for Life. I still use CLX occasionally with the Debbie S tweaked rotation.

Red face lean for life

Sounds like a good plan. Any way to find the tweaked rotation?

Here is what Debbie posted some time ago. I have done it with the kettlebells as specified and also just using the 3 CLX weight workouts spread over the week. HTH.

Quote:
Week 1:
Monday-Lean 3-Chest, Shoulders & minimal Legs
Tuesday-Burn 2-Arms, Back, Legs
Wednesday-Push 2-Shoulders & minimal Legs
Thursday-cardio
Friday-full body kettlebell workout
Saturday- Interval or cardio workout
Sunday-rest, yoga/pilates or light cardio

Week 2:
Monday-Burn 1-Chest, Iso Shoulders, Legs
Tuesday-Push 1-Arms, Legs
Wednesday-Lean 2-Back, Iso Shoulders, Legs
Thursday-cardio
Friday-full body kettlebell workout
Saturday- Interval or cardio workou
Sunday-rest, yoga/pilates or light cardio

Week 3:
Monday-Push 3-Back, Chest, Legs
Tuesday-Lean 1-Arms, Legs
Wednesday-Burn 3-Shoulders, Legs
Thursday-cardio
Friday-full body kettlebell workout
Saturday- Interval or cardio workout
Sunday-rest, yoga/pilates or light cardio

I will be doing a 15-30 minute cardio workout before my strength workouts.

Note:
Both week 1 & week 2 have shoulders being worked twice. Week two is the only week that has isolated shoulder work done twice. But, it still kind of balances itself out, because Burn 1 has more posterior delt work than Lean 2. Unfortunately, it has to be this way if you want to do all the workouts in the maintenance phase.
