Makes me want to give CLX a really good try this time. I didn't get past the first disc before getting sick and then never came back to it. Hmm.... me thinks me should not be so hasty to trade it away.

Lorrie, congratulations!

CLX did great things for me, too. I've said it before, but I could be a poster child for CLX. I just can not say enough good things about this program. I know there are several VFers who feel the same way.

I do think that Burn is the "foundation" phase for CLX, and since you were doing similar workouts to Burn prior to CLX, I understand your logic for skipping it.

I'm actually planing to do another round of CLX soon. I got fantastic results the first time and often wonder why I haven't revisited it.......

DH told me to get this if I want it. I wasn't thrilled with the Burn Phase when I tried it the first time. But I might do the Burn Phase as the 3rd phase vs the first.

I'm tempted. Very tempted.

Question: Does it really matter what order you do the phases in? Isn't it all about muscle confusion for the most part?

I'm getting motivated by this thread to try it again.

Sorry for the late response. Yes, I loved my results. I didn't have weight to lose but I definitely got stronger and was well-prepared for Push. Jillian's workouts do amazing things for my abs, arms, and cardio endurance.

I do have to admit that I was kind of tired of her by the end of the rotation, though. I'm glad I threw in other stuff; I don't think I would have made it through 30 days of Just Jillian.
