Jessica's Pilates Camp is new workouts. I didn't think I was going to do them but they were speaking to me this AM. Maybe because it was an easy way to combine different styles and know I wouldn't be overwhelmed.

Caroline's latest workouts are mostly small muscle groups and the main workouts don't seem to have nonEpic counterparts. Sandy - How are you liking her full body 60 min workouts? I could do those alternated with HIIT for week or go onto EPIC II a week earlier than planned.

I just looked at signing up for that challenge, but it seems if you sign up late, you don't get the previous days' workouts.

I liked the dumbbell full body hour more than the body weight since the body weight for upper body is just a push up and superman fest.

Yes, use the two lines on the left. Keep your finger on it and toggle it to where you want it.
