Monday yoga class. Plus, with my new trying to add more strength training, day one of Lauren's push/pull/swing challenge 10 push ups/10 lat rows (no way I can do pull ups) and 40 swings and then I pulled out my Cathes and did 1/2 of Supersets. This required pulling my step out of the garage, getting out my barbell, and filling my stability bar with air (the air pump was hard to find in the closet). That was all a workout in itself. Turns out putting a barbell on my shoulders for squats was a bit hard on the injured shoulder so my legs might have been able to go heavier, but my shoulder not. Not a bad workout though. DS leaves tomorrow so we will drive him to Tulsa to get a non-stop.

barre 3 30 minutes. Thought I might be sore from Cathe, but doing only 1/2 was a good idea and I was close to sore, but not really. About to leave for Tulsa and will be sad to see DS off, but he is an adult after all.

barre 3 10 minutes warm up then the second half of Cathe's supersets. I was remembering doing this when DS was really little and he actually did a booklet of drawings that showed me with weights, doing Cathe and moaning, and the booklet ended by showing him and saying that only he was "doing the bonus." This came back to me when Cathe announced that these reps were the bonus. I must find that booklet. It was so cute that I scanned it and sent it to Cathe who thought it was pretty cute too. Maybe I xeroxed it -- it could have been in pre-scanning days.

Lynn, I had just been thinkingthat the last time you did a Cathe must have been long ago, b/c as far as I can remember, you never posted about Cathe before. What a great kid and a precious memory.
