what is the HARDEST fitness vid ever?

one that still has good form.

(I'm trying to convince someone that thinks vids are for..ahem..*pussies*)

I guess there should be categories. How about:

-Aerobics
-yoga
-kettlebells

what else?

thank you

For me these day's it's Cathe's X-10 the 77 minute version. If you can do all of it without breaks and keep good form...well your amazing.

Oooh! I shall follow this thread with interest!

Cardio-wise, probably the Month 2 Insanity workouts for me.

Kettlebells, probably AOS Newport.

OH MY, this so reminds me of back in the day when the discussion was which was harder, Imax (there was only one at the time), Intense Moves, Maximum Intensity Cardio, or BodyMax.

The plethora of choices with which one could answer this question in 2014 was beyond imagining back in 1998/99!!

Just interrupting this thread with a nostalgic moment. Carry on!

I double dog dare them to try t-tapp, in good form.

I had a male friend, a weight lifter, who was wiped out by the first two moves.

DH did Jillian's Yoga Meltdown Level 1 today for the first time & I've never heard so much cussing! He's done Insanity in the past & wasn't much impressed with the idea of yoga - until today! So I guess it's just a matter of what you're used to.

I think it depends on your areas of strength/weakness. I'm good at cardio and plyo but I find bodyweight work like Dream Body (with good form!) really tough.
