I second that. Tonique and Max Interval Circuit from Insanity are very hard but burn so good!

that Pit workout that had the 20 minute blackjack series in it.

Newport is tough too

There was an old Barry's Bootcamp called the 5 day Academy that was rugged lifting. Dreambody slayed me. I have only done it the once. I agree with the Insanity second month workouts.... I did 90 days of pretty much the first month!

I would definitely give someone who didn't believe videos can be hard Horizontal Conditioning Bootcamp. That'll shut 'em up right quick.

Cathe's Tabatacize sucks the wind out of me big time but I know I can finish because of the timing and step thrown in between; then there's spinning and my most difficult would be Mindy Mylrea's Tabata Trek but again, like Cathe I feel very accomplished after but not wiped out for the rest of the day. Kettlebells I'd have to say AOS Newport; Yoga would be ANYTHING as I am not very BENDY!
