A few bodyweight-included rotations I've done in the past and enjoyed:
P90X3 paired with Cathe's Fit Split & yoga Paul Katami 4x4 paired with Body Beast & Cathe (for weight work) & yoga Circuit Burnout 90 paired with occasional Beast strength/other Cardio & Yoga *Some of these workouts involve weights but most have the bodyweight focus.* I'm sure I've done more, just remember these off the top of my head. I don't usually follow rotations "as is", I need to add in other genres as that's the only way I stay injury free and boredom free (as Yoga ALWAYS is in the mix). ETA: thought of a few more single workouts: Cathe's LITE Bodyweight & Bands (not sure it's a favorite, as I've only done it once; will need to try it again to remember it). Yvette Bachman has a few Bodyweight only workouts on Youtube. Her workouts are always a hit and a nice challenge! And a lot of my Yoga classes (UY, Yoga30For30, Travis' Short & Sweet) are all favorites and awesome used as bodyweight work.
