Needing FIRM substitute titles for rotation please

Hello!
I found a rotation I'd like to loosely follow next but need some help substituting for titles I already own. I consulted the classification in this VF thread for help on substitutes http://forum.videofitness.com/showthread.php?t=141241

Here's my list of proposed substitutes
  • Fat blasting cardio - Express Cardio
  • Speed slimming sculpt - Get chisel'd
  • Body sculpt blaster - Supercharged sculpting
  • Express total body shaping - Ultimate Fat Burning or Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn

I don't own the titles on the left, I have the italicized ones on the right and just need to know if they will work. I eliminate any high impact, too, so no worries. Definitely feel free to suggest alternatives like classic firm .

And as a side note, I will post my entire rotation for final input later because I will be substituting pure cardio days from other things.
Thanks for any and all input!

I usually cross reference the FIRM Compendium and just substitute something from the same category. I'm still fairly new to the FIRM, but I'm having fun trying to figure it all out! I just did Express Cardio this morning and enjoyed it. I don't have or haven't done any of the others in your post, so basically I'm no help, lol!

Those all look good except for the last one. Express Total Body Shaping is more of a light weight Sculpt and your two subs are more Cardio+Sculpt (Ultimate Fat Burning is fast & light). How about the express version of Total Body Time Crunch done with lighter weights?

Carol, thanks so much for your input! Unfortunately, I don't have that title.

I have Classic Vol 4 Time crunch and Total body toner...heh.

How about Slim and Sculpt Stability ball...would that work in place of Express Total Body Shaping?

If not, then I may use one of my pilates body workouts with light weights.

I have only just recently begun to appreciate them myself. Not sure what took me so long. Glad I'm not alone.

Either Total Body Toner with lighter weights or Slim & Sculpt Stability Ball would be good.

I don't know if you're interested in acquiring more Firms, but the ones you're substituting for, and ones that Carol recommended, are available on swapadvd.com.
