Oh, I couldn't move my legs for 2 days! Did I say that, lol! Other DVDs must not work the hamstrings that much. No, I loved it!Have yet to do the 2nd one on there! (and you are so sweet)

Stephanie, this may not be as heavy as you like but I love Erin O'Brien's Strong Body, Ageless Body. It clocks in at 42 mins and could even be divided into 2 25ish min workouts - one standing and one floorwork. Erin uses one set of weights throughout but I use 6 and 8lbs (and you could certainly go heavier, at least for lower body). I adore its simplicity and friendly-but-no-nonsense 'personal trainer vibe'.

After years of ignoring recommendations about Fitness Blender, I've finally paid attention and am loving their videos. I don't do any of their high intensity stuff, but I do love their strength training and everything else that they do.
