Laura, I hope you recover quickly!

We finally have snow! I wondered when it would show up. Wind chill a bit much for today so it's a good day to pull out some dvd's instead of going for a walk and work on some taxes.

Sigh. I'm off the rails again. My father-in-law was tested on Monday and I have been worrying/planning/thinking since then and haven't worked out since Monday. Results came back covid positive today. He is in the high risk group. He is getting IV treatment tmrw morning so I'm thankful for that.

Monday I actually ran for the first time since Oct 6! It went well. I did wk1 day1 on the treadmill so it was just run 60 seconds, walk 90 seconds, so only 8 run intervals, but my cardio was great and while I had some muscle discomfort there was no pain. I also did the next day of Lesley Fightmaster's challenge, the last two days of the Qi Gong challenge, a Tae Bo Express workout (the boot camp one, didn't care for it) and my PT exercises. Yesterday I shoveled for an hour.

I did Tone and Flow from Jessica's Walk Strong 3. I think I will start that rotation next week.

Vannie, I'm so sorry about your FIL. That's great he can get the IV Treatment. I will pray for him.

Vannie, I'm glad they've got your FIL on treatment and will pray for him.

Mell, that's so neat that you can do yoga with your granddaughters on Zoom.

I'm back to pulling out a pitcher to measure how much water I'm drinking. I'm definitely not getting enough.

Amazingly, I have met my goal on youtube videos saved and reduced them down to 170. Still too many but I mostly purged repetitive videos on posture down to one that pretty much covers what i needed in a short amount of time.

I haven't done a workout yet, today was my volunteer filing for the hospice office. I am planning on a walk workout in a few minutes.

Mell, I'm so sorry about your friend. I'm glad you are able to spend time with your granddaughters.

Katie, good job on the decluttering. I have a lot of playlists, one for strength, cardio, stretch, etc. I keep adding more and more videos!

Laura, I hope you heal up quickly as well. A couple friends of ours have had gall bladder attacks....so far no surgery but the attacks sound incredibly painful.
