Question Advice from VFers in their 60's, 70's and beyond?

What fitness advice would our "vintage" VFers like to give to the younger crowd? What do you wish someone had told you?

My advice would be:

1) Get up and down off the floor regularly. I'm 64 and have a few issues, but can get up and down from the floor easily (if not gracefully). So many older folks lose that ability in later years. I want to keep doing it.

2) Posture. Posture. Posture. Work on posture as best you can every day. You will look and feel younger!

3) Balance work. If you don't fall down in the first place, there's less chance of breaking anything. You can do small things every day to improve balance.

What advice would other "vintage" VFers have?
