Is there an online calorie calculator

that can be used to determine the calories in your homemade recipes?
I'm using MyFitnessPal to track my foods and exercise, but I don't know what to do with my homemade soups and casseroles. For instance, yesterday I made Santa Fe Soup. I know exactly what ingredients I used. When looking up similar foods on MyFitnessPal, the range is HUGE. Somehow someone is estimating the nutrients per serving. I'm sure I could add everything up and divide, but I'd rather not reinvent the wheel if something is available online.
Thanks!

Lots of recipe sites include nutritional info as you go. Not sure how accurate they are. (MFP seems dependent on whatever people input, which isn't very reassuring, IMO.)

Myfitnesspal has a recipe tracker. You can either import the recipe from on online source, or put your ingredients in manually.
I cook nearly everything from scratch, so I use it quite often.

I second Myfitnesspal. Easy and quick to use. On computer and phone.

I use MyFitnessPal too. It has a very large database. I am shocked when I type in some off the wall thing and it shows up.
