Any moves you refuse to do just because you don’t wanna?

In some of Leslie’s newer workouts, she’s taken to bouncing up and down sometimes accompanied by a fist pump. Whenever she says she feels like bouncing, I alway say, “Go right ahead, but don’t expect me to join you.” Guess I’m just not into “bouncing”.

I have to say, I am not really into "party arms" or any less-conventional arm movements while doing step workouts. Just basic up-and-down arms for me please!

Lifting weights with resistance bands simultaneously...too much for my brain to control

ETA: upright rows! I forgot I never do those either.

Agreed!! Tricep dips also refuse!

Burpees! I have never liked them going clear back into the 70's when I was in Junior High PE.
I don't like tricep dips. Hurts my traps too much. Feels like an injury waiting to happen.

Mountain climbers. Depends on my mood. Sometimes I do them, most times I roll my eyes. Wasn't always that way, but dang they show up in so many workouts!

Burpees, tuck jumps, jump ups onto the step, straddle jumps onto the step, power scissors, air jacks, Cathe's "across the bench", Cathe's off the side of the bench jumping mambo move, Cathe's jumps in a box move, anything where there's spinning across the bench, jumping power 15s (or 7s), jumping forward power jumps (not sure the right name but KCM has some), elbow planks, planks in general really, any weight that gets tossed, moves that go from knees to standing, Turkish get-ups, bicycle sit-ups, pullovers with heavy weights... (I'm sure there's more! I modify a lot!)
