Short yoga workouts

Hi!
I tried to search for this, but was unable to access answers.
So, my problem is this:
Looking to work on flexibility and balance (thanks for all of your posts) after an ankle injury. I'm released to work out, but am looking for short (10-20 minutes) of yoga. I have the Quick Fix 10 min. Pilates/yoga and have the Jane Adams balance dvds. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated. I have a short attention span so I'm looking for quick workouts.

Are you able to stream in your workout area? There are tons of short yoga practices on you tube.

I really like the channels Yoga Upload and Yoga TX. They have many short practices.

I second Yoga Upload. I just did one of her 30 minute practices today.

So did I! I did a floor practice for stretching and relaxation.

There are several 10 Minute Solution yoga DVDs. There is also a Biggest Loser yoga DVD that has several 10-15 minute sessions. It's with Bob Harper.

I love Yoga With Kassandra and DoYouYoga for YouTube channels. Both have had 30 day challenges with practices under 15 minutes and give good cues.

I was just going to recommend Yoga with Kassandra. Her 30 day morning challenge is great, and each one is 10-15 minutes long.

I loved that challenge and plan to repeat it when I finish the DoYouYoga one.
