KV Core Plus More ... Core Essential Fusion

I'm assuming they're one in the same, just a name change. I have a few of Karen's combo dvds that has 2 workouts on 1. Total Body Pilates, Yoga & Sculpting, to name 2. Is this one on a combo disc or stand alone? I can't remember... it's been while.

I viewed the clip and can now appreciate what Karen offers in this routine.

Thanks for clarifying...

Both. I think it's on the combo Yoga & Sculpting, as well as by itself. It has been called Body Reform: Core Essentials, Core Essentials Pilates, and Core Plus More. Total Body Pilates has "Total Body Training Pilates" and "Abdominals and Back."

Oh Yeah!! I have it then! I thought I looked at Yoga & Sculpting, but must have over looked it. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

That one got me for a long time lol! I wasn't sure, what with all the name changes.

I need to get away from tall box work for awhile. Karen will be good for a change.
