Anyone uses a rebounder for cardio?

How do you like it? How is the cardio effect? do you feel work outed afterward? I am very tempted after I saw this TA video on youtube

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtUEr_oy_o4&NR=1

What rebounder/mini-trampoline would you recommend?

Hi,

I use my rebounder for most hi impact moves in any dvd and I love it! My joints are thanking me as well. I just have it handy and jump on it when I need or want to. I get a great cardio effect ( and my tuck jumps are really awesome!). Best equipment purchase I made in years. I have an Urban Rebounder and am quite happy with it. You really need to spend a few dollars to get good quality with these, imo. The springs are heavy duty on mine, and I know alot of the cheaper types are just not up to par.

My rebounder was folded up in my storage room for a while, but I recently got it back out to do high-impact moves in some workouts.

I used to do rebounder workouts, and use it to do interval workouts like Cardio Coach.

I love that I can run and sprint on it, something that I can't do on another surface without my knees feeling it.

You can do very low-key workouts on it, barely leaving the mat (or not leaving the mat at all) or all-out, high-intensity sprints that leave you gasping for air. So yes, you can get worked out from it.

I have a Needak (which is pretty much the same as Urban Rebounder: UR used to sell Needak before they made their own).

I've had one for years and it was my best fitness purchase ever. I leave it out all the time and use it almost every time I do cardio. I have a bad back and neck and can't do things like tuck jumps on the floor, so I get a great workout subsituting on my rebounder. I have an Urban Rebounder. Love it!!

I thought that is what the rebounder was for, cardio. If you put in urban rebounder on YouTube, you will see many exercises. With the urban rebounder videos come with it.

I think there is a rebounder check in also, if not, try putting rebounder in the VF search, I think there are plenty threads on it.

One time, we had a frenzi to get to Khols while they were on sale for 11.99

Lol

Is this the UR?

http://www.amazon.com/Urban-Rebounde...4&sr=8-1-spell

Some people complained about the quality

This one has good reviews but it's cheap... I wonder if it's any good...

but it's probably for kids?

I held off for several years before getting a rebounder but as soon as I tried one out after a PT session I ordered one immediately. I love how refreshed I feel after using it, no matter how easy or intense a workout I do.

Yes, add me to the club. I have an Urban Rebounder and I LOVE it. I can't do any impact, and this has brought new life into my workouts.

Yes Carla, thats the one I have. Yes, there are higher priced ones, 2-400 but for me to try out, I didn't go that route. Good thing I didn't because its folded up in the basement.

Yes, wanted the 400 dollar one, lol but.... Just don't get that second one. It does look of less quality even for a rebounder.

Someone will come and say who that lady is that jumps on the rebounder with a silver jumpsuit. She is funny and fun.
