Amy Bento Filmed Two UR Workouts
I saw a note on Amy Bento's Facebook page that she filmed two workouts (with Greg Twombly) on Thursday. They are Urban Rebounder workouts.
I am excited to hear this since the UR workouts I had sat collecting dust because I couldn't get past that one backgrounders maniacal smile  !!I didn't hear any word on when they will be available...and, unfortunately, I can't post the link because the firewall at work blocks Facebook  !!Carrie |

I wonder if she filmed them along with Keli Roberts, who was also filming new Urban Rebounding workouts!!
