Barb,

Thanks for sharing that link. I really like the look of that Bellicon rebounder. It looks like it has a really nice bounce. Have you tried that particular brand?

Thanks,

If I had disposable money I would have opted for the $399 rebounder not the urban. I was so close and then I didn't want to charge it not knowing If I would continue. they claimed no smell from the mat, baked on paint and more. I have to find that one again so we can see if anyone has it.

Like I have said, the most expensive rebounder I have tried is the ReboundAIR. If I were to order a new one and price didn't matter, it would be the Bungee Bellicon which is truly the top of the line.
My main problem would then be which tension to order cuz my weight is close to the cutoff and don't know if I would want the springier for lighter weight or stiffer for heavier weight. Springier is more like workingout in sand so more intense and stiffer less intense. Am guessing the stiffer cords for heavier weights may last longer. Be aware that the cords do wear out and have to be replaced for another $100 a pop. If you use a VFer who has one as a referral, she will get her next set of cords free.

When the UR workouts first came out on individual vhs, they were $20 each!
I went through quite a bit of wheeling and dealing to try them all LOL
You can only imagine how I felt when the compilations came out on dvd!

who thinks all of the rebounding workouts are over-priced probably because of the smaller demand

Don't feel too bad about paying for them separately, Barb. I got compilation DVDs with my UR and the DVDs won't play correctly. They are very cheaply done. The only part that consistently plays is the front advertisement and the credits, lol.

i wish more stores carried these items so you could take it for a test drive. I'm loving looking at her site. I think I would fit into the 39 as I'm short and in the weight category for it.

I have the cellerciser. I knew a woman who was a distributor and bought it from her for around $225 back in 2000.

I haven't tried other rebounders except for the really cheap ones in sporting good stores. I think its a bit stiffer of a bounce than the urban rebounder from what I see on the UR dvds. I think the stiffness is a little bit tough on the feet and ankles, but that could also just be the fact that I don't use it often so my body is not used to it. It does squeak a lot. Supposedly the guy who makes them is the one who invented the large spring. At least's that what the literature said when I purchased mine.

I would definitely like to try other brands to compare. The bellicon looks a bit larger from the video that I saw, which I would love and the bounce looks softer too.
