Do More Pilates Standing is good. Cathe's Turbo Barre also has a lot of good standing lower body work. The Ilaria Body Strike workouts are also good for lower body, standing.

Cathe's original MIS which is on a dvd with other workouts was a great standing routine. It was very high rep and Cathe used a 25 lb barbell the whole time (I never managed that.) It used a step, but not a high one. What I liked about it was I was done in 20 minutes, it also had a cardio effect.

I was just watching the 10 minute solution Belly Butt and thigh blasters on YT; This workout is lower body focused and it looks like 4 of the 5 segments are done standing.

You just need a loop band for the workouts.
