Another Jessica DVD! 2 Morning Walks

Looks like Jessica Smith will be putting both of her new morning walks (with mom Debbie) onto DVD. The DVD cover image is in the AAP library. I guess she'll post about it soon on her FB page or newsletter.

Here's the description:

Join us for some STEPS!

Join Jessica and her Mom, Debbie, for some walking-based, aerobic fitness you can do in your living room to help you feel good and amp up your daily activity:

Our Interval Walk (32 Minutes) features five sets of intervals during this walk session, starting with 30 seconds and building up to a final 60-second burst to help our fitness capabilities! Dial up your speed, impact, and range of motion to best suit your fitness level and energy needs today.

Our Endurance Walk (45 Minutes) is here to help you build your aerobic capacity and improve recovery. Regular training at this moderate type of exertion helps boost the number and efficiency of the mitochondria in our body, improves our cardiovascular health and endurance, and increases our work capacity and recovery; plus, it's a fabulous mood booster! We'll be moving at about a 15-minute-per-mile pace, with an approximate mileage equivalent of 3 miles. Short on time? Feel free to skip ahead to the cool down to shorten your walk whenever needed.

Thanks for the heads-up! Looks like the DVD is already available.

So, are you saying that the other thread contains reviews of these specific walks? Is that because these were released on her app before being made into dvd? I read one review that said there was a lot of walking as the base move--if this is a review of the actual walk on this dvd, then count me out. I much prefer something along the lines of traditional low impact aerobics than walking with a minimum of other moves included in the workout.

Yes, they're the same. She's released a few workouts from her AAP to dvd (Fitness Training for Functional Aging, Gentle Stretch and Mobility, and Yoga Plus Pilates: Power Fusion Mix) I'm on the fence. I don't need more walks. I don't need more anything, for that matter.

Just ordered it!! Thanks for posting the link sillygirl!!!
I saw the shadows Gemini mentioned on the Amazon clip, but really think they won't bother me. I love Jessica's workouts and am so grateful she is still willing to produce DVD's.
What an awesome day today!! A sunny day , warmer temperatures, and a new Jessica Smith DVD coming in the mail. Doesn't take much more than that to make me happy.
