I finally got myself to the mat.
A LOTcan be done in 10 Minutes. !!!!! I did and finished, lol 10 minute solution Slim & Sculpt Pilates Lower body. I found it very challenging for me. doing 10 leg ups on your side was rough and doing them front, down, right with the band. Amazing. I have to train my mind that 10, if you do it all, is a workout. I got these from a Share The Wealth thread.. I'm glad. See you all tomorrow, on the mat.

I took sunday off as my rest day. and now I know first hand what it feels like to be nervous. I've been nervous before but the anticipation of going to a wake for someone dear to me was stressful. Stomach all topsy turvery. Now to get settled down and put in the work of Pilates.
