We are still having over 100* heat indexes. We are getting a cold front this weekend. It should drop down to the lower 80's. I just might freeze to death. LOL

barre 3 10 minutes, then Lauren Brooks incinerator the bulldog, which is HIIT.

Diana, LOL. It got into the 60s tonight and I was cold! Our temps are supposed to drop into the 60s during the day on Sunday, and even the 50s coming next week with some 40s at night! We can soon be complaining about the cold.

Check-in: Pure Barre class, and 45 decline pushups. Today's goal is 55, but I'm giving myself credit for (the last set, that I remembered to count) of 10 pushups in class.

Checking in with Fitness Blender Total Body Strength Training Supersets with Weights, and a mile outdoors. Getting ready for the neighborhood yard sale tomorrow. This is the first one I've ever participated in.
