Good Morning, Everyone!
A new month! I am going to try to be more consistent with longer workouts. I struggle with weight loss with shorter workouts. Eating on plan helps, too. We had the hurricane last month and I had other anxiety triggers. So hopefully I will also be more consistent with my eating this month. Always a work in progress. But at least I am stilling working at it.
I wanted to mention that our Pastor's wife, Ms. Connie, seems to be doing well. Also, Brandon is doing well, too. He has found a job that he wanted. He has always wanted to be a lineman. He has found a job as a lineman apprentice. In 4 years he will graduate from the program and be a lineman.

I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
