I've been working on precho 11, which is similar to Amanda's BSS2 workout.

Hello, I hope all is well with folks.

Oct 6-3 hours yard work, 1 hour walk, Day 20 Qigong challenge, 20 mins yoga, CS815
Oct 7-Essentrics Arms and Abs, PT stretches, 1 hour walk, 20 mins yoga
Oct 8-1 hour walk, 20 min walk at lunch.
Oct 9-1 1/2 hour walk, 30 mins on bike at gym.
Oct 10-1 hour walk in the morning. I tripped on the sidewalk and fell flat on my face. I was worried about my left knee and the hardware. So when at went to my part time job at the Physical therapy place I asked one of the therapist to check it and he said it was good. I felt better, mentally about that. It still hurts.

I've been teaching a lot of classes. As far as extra workouts, I've done some little 10 minute weights workouts from Fitness Blender and Barre3. I've been viewing and doing some of the older seasons for ideas.

It's snowing in MN today!

Mary, I'm glad you're ok after your fall.

Hello, anybody home???

It's been cold here. It's way too soon for me. I feel cold weather depression coming on not to mention the shorter days.

Oct 11-45 min walk. A very long day today.
Oct 12-1 hour walk. It was cold and windy. I had on 3 layers and passed a man in shorts and a golf shirt. Ha, go figure.
Oct 13-2 hours yard work 1.25 hour walk
Oct 14-1 hour walk
Oct 15-1 hour walk

I hope folks stop by soon to visit.

Hi Mary-

I'm around! I did Gail's barre tone and stretch yesterday, up to the actual chair portion. Followed it up with a short Barre3 workout that included floorwork.

I teach a class tonight.

Still doing my CS and Lee Holden in the morning followed by my "Happy Hour" of riding by bike or walking.

Did Miranda's Hip and Knee Strenthing today-love all the classical music in this one.

I feel like we should have some new streaming workuts by now

I agree.

Fingers crossed that when they are back from Jamaica we have some new offerings on ETV.

Hey all! I've a newfound love of Essentrics so I'd love to join you. I've been doing some multiple times per week since the end of September and I'm deliciously sore. I don't know if I've "gotten" it better than I ever have in the past, or what, but I'm definitely enjoying it! This morning for the first time ever (I tore off the shrink wrap) I did Miranda's 2008 Essentrics dvd -- well, I did the upper body + posture half hour. I will try to work my way through the others in the next week or so, but I am finding that I like the longer Essentrics workouts too.

Jackie, I'm curious.... upthread you said something about how you've noticed how some of the moves have evolved over the years. I may not be paraphrasing correctly. Anyway, I'm wondering if you could say more about how you think it's changed. I definitely felt a difference between the 2008 Essentrics vs. more recent, but I think that may have had to do more with it being Miranda vs. Sahra.

Thanks to all of you for inspiration.......
