Katie, you're welcome! I still need to check it out more myself.

Vannie, Chica hates storms too. It does seem to have happened more as she got older. She's also more skittish around other dogs than she used to be.

I'm just doing my usual dog walks and Jessica workouts. My BP is normal at home, I'm taking medication, but really high in the doctor's office. I go in for an echocardiogram on the 14th to check my heart. If it's okay, then it's most likely anxiety. I have severe anxiety every time I go to the doctor when they check my blood pressure. I've always had white coat syndrome, but it's more extreme now. Anyway, I would appreciate any prayers and good thoughts sent my way!

Thanks, Katie! Working out is definitely helping. I've upped my workouts, and it's helping me sleep at night and be calmer during the day.

I finally worked out again yesterday. I did a new to me one, Crunchless Abs Total Body Sculpting, which was short and could make use of my Hoist weight stack now that I know what the exercises are. Then I did another short one, Rodney Yee Yoga Core Express, which according to the index card I had only done once before, in 2011. I skipped treadmill hills as I was not in the mood plus was meeting friends for lunch and didn't want to rush to not be late. I haven't run since last Tuesday before everything happened and haven't done a long run since the Saturday before that. I need to do a long one today.

Most of my Halloween stuff is up. Hubby mowed last night so I can put the gravestones and rest of the outside stuff up today after I run. It's supposed to be 71 today and down to a high of 39 on Friday with a chance of snow!

Thank you, Scarlett. I appreciate the prayers. I believe He cares too!

Sherry, praying for good results on your test. Anxiety is a beast.

MT, thinking of you! Hoping your workouts can help with your mood and that you have some fun things planned to look forward to.

Vannie, your yard/house must be spectacular with all the Halloween decorations. Do you get a lot of trick or treaters?

I had a massage yesterday. I still think of my massage therapist as fairly new to me but she's really improved a lot in the short time I've seen her. I'm so glad I kept going to her as I was pretty tempted to bail early on.

We have snow predicted too but for tomorrow. I think it will hit us and then head your way Vannie. Some areas predicted 5-10 inches but I think we might be on the north border of the storm. I'm going to get a good walk or two in today and do any other outdoor chores to get in prepped for it.

This morning I dawdled, not wanting to leave Cyric, but I finally got out the door for my longest run ever. I did 3:1 intervals for 7.16 miles! I didn't hit the hill till 4.6 miles and only was able run a minute up it then had to walk. After I ate smthg I did YFR from memory plus extra hip stretches. This afternoon hasn't been great though.

Katie, years have ranged from 120 to 230 trick or treaters. I didn't get outside finished the today. Just no heart for it at the moment. Hopefully tmrw. I think they're only saying maybe an inch of snow for us. Glad you stuck with the massage therapist.

Good for you, Vannie.

My attitude is a lot better. The math department met with our principal today. He was very nice and listened to all of our concerns. I think things will be better soon.

MT, that's great. I hope positive changes are made for the math department.

Katie, I hope you don't get too much snow!

Vannie, I hope you have your favorite colder weather soon.
