From my understanding the premixes seem to work fine. It is the main program when you hit play it starts at Lat raises.

I haven't checked mine but will tonight. I only have one DVD player in my workout room so if it doesn't work then I will send cathe support a message.

Cathe's group says they have seven DVD players and have tested that DVD on all and it plays fine so then it must be the DVD players we have at home and the firmware isn't recognizing the chapters or something like that.

Sherry my player that the disc doesn't work right on is a Magnavox

It seems like if they send another disc it will likely have the same problem unless they redo the DVD at the factory. Otherwise I guess they'll have to put a disclaimer "May not work right in your player." That wouldn't reflect on them very well, though, would it?

Uh, oh.....the Magnavox we have is a dual VHS/ dvd player. It does play the discs that our super picky Sony blu ray does not play, so I hope it will work. I am sorry it is not working in yours. That really stinks. They should not put so much material on a disc.

On the good side, the premix Upper Body plus Extended Stretch seems to play the whole workout fine. I can just use that if they don't fix the problem. Oh, except she skips the regular stretch and goes straight to the extended stretch - Oh well, I can live with that.

SNM did this at least once before, was it the Sash Series that had faulty discs that had to be re-issued? It wasn't until complaints hit a critical mass that they decided it was the disc and not our players. I remember being one of the first complainers, getting blown off by Chris/SNM, and then the chorus got louder. Ultimately they had most of the SNM employees try the discs, rather than their little in-house group, and discovered that the reported problem was legit.

Thanks. I have a Sony Blu Ray, which is why I was a little wary. I also have a Sony regular dvd player downstairs, which I haven't tried it on yet.
