Thanks for posting the link, but I'm resisting. I definitely want to see more before I think of buying.

The camera work looks as though it wavers/wobbles, and I can't stand that sort of thing.

I just had a brain fart. I was going to say that it was the Rob from some of Cathe's latest workouts, where she refers to him as "Superman." But no, it's Jari's Robb. My brain memory was Robbed!

Anyway, I agree, it's nice to see new instructors who were mentored by existing ones. Kind of like Patrick presenting Heather in her kickboxing workout.

Thank you for the breakdown, Math Teacher. I thought the mini-workouts were pre-mixes, but this makes sense.

Well, I'll probably pass. This one sounds good, but I can't see how I'd use it. It's too long to do in its entirety, and the individual segments are too long to piece together in ways I'd like. Well harrumph.

But I reserve the right to change my mind, should y'all rave about this...

Grump alert: one thing I used to love about Jari's workouts were that they were affordable. I don't love this new trend of single workouts running $24. (Especially when they're filmed in someone's living room.) *grousing over*

Alison, I was surprised to see that Jari's workouts are so pricey too--she's not really offering anything extra.

MathTeacher, thanks for the breakdowns! I would have preferred actual premixes too, but I'm still interested to hear more. Not much legs though!

I'm confused on the length...the DVD description says it's 65 minutes, not nearly an hour and a half, so....???

One thing I've disliked about Jari's workouts is that the times she has listed are usually misleading. Several DVDs say "2 30-minute workouts!," but then you'll get one that is 35m and one that is 45m--and sometimes without the warm-ups/cool-downs, too!

Oh no! I only have a couple of her DVDs currently, so I wasn't aware of this. An hour and a half is just too. darned. long. for me!
