I did Blitz Toning yesterday, and Blitz Cardio today! Both very good workouts. I liked the music a little better in the cardio one, than the industrial/techno stuff in the toning. Nice to hear some Michael Jackson at the very end! Some fun moves, and wish more 80's tunes had been selected here. I felt like dancing during some of the grapevines.

Bummer on the music because I felt there was too much techno in the cardio so I muted it and played my own music. Much better that way and I had no trouble following.

I know what you mean but it's so hard to please everyone, when music is so subjective. I see Hamelin as being a very artistic and creative person, so I wanted to experience the feel he was going for. But yeah, sometimes it can be hit or miss with his music choices. I'm just so happy the workouts themselves are so awesome! I hope he stays clear of high-impact cardio, since I try to avoid that at my age!

THIS!!!! His low impact/no impact cardio is the bomb! He posted somewhere about his new part of the cardio series and it was something like "highest impact ever" so I know to just ignore.

I don't mind jumping jacks, etc, but I don't do anything too crazy. I will do the new class and just modify as needed.

Many of the higher impact workouts lend themselves well to modification to all low impact.

The newer cardio courses include both styles of cardio, one workout of each of them a month, but I'm sure that he could consider splitting the workouts if he receives enough requests. He's quite responsive to feedback

All I can say about Blitz cardio is

The only techo music I noticed was in the warm up. I thought the music was awesome as usual.

I absolute the Blitzmatics workout, too! And, just to be clear (for anyone reading along) this series has low-impact/non-impact cardio that I have been very pleased with!

The New Cardio Series (3 month subscription) will include both types of cardio, and I was again very happy with the first one I received CS CT 1a which was mostly low impact. I have a rebounder and know very well how to modify, should I need to do so. Most of the people on this site can and should make the workouts work for them.

I just meant that with future orders, I would probably stick with Blitzmatics workouts and Deep Muscle workouts, if I'm paying for a subscription that includes one hi-impact workout every month. Anyway, I didn't mean to cause any confusion because the Blitzmatic series has exceeded my expectations! I would also continue on with the Cardio Series, if it was only low-impact.
