I read somewhere that the program will be 30 days of bulking with Sagi then 30 days of cutting with Autumn.

I started 21 Day Fix this week and I'm already looking at my next program.

I was worried that I wouldn't like Autumn but I don't mind her at all. Granted I'm only 2 workouts in but so far so good.
