Thanks for the list. It reminds me of books that I already have on my wish list and that they're almost ready for release. And, I saw one I didn't know about!

To add to June 2nd releases:

Sweet Ache by K Bromberg

This is technically book 6 in the Driven series, but can also be read as a stand-alone.

Thanks for the list, I got myself into the hold queue at the library for the new Stephen King at #7. I usually wind up reading the book six months later, LOL!

Lots for me to read from the library:

A God in Ruins by Kate Atkinson (followup to Life after Life, not exactly a sequel, but set within the same family)

The Whites by Richard Price writing as Harry Brandt (detective story, urban, kinda gritty)

I've spent a lot of time in the car this week so I listened to several BBC Radio Play Audiobooks by Agatha Christie while I was traveling.

Death on the Nile
Evil Under the Sun
Cards on the Table

Anyone finished A God in Ruins- I did not love Life After Life- but did think it was a worthwhile read. I have this on hold somewhere- I'm wondering if it is my library's Oneclickdigitial.

Listened to The Finishing School by Muriel Sparks, her books are always short. While this one was interesting, it was much more a long short story than a novel.

Listening to the 4th Odd Thomas novel by Koontz. 17 chapters of inner monologue (for the most part). Just now getting into the story. We will see if this goes where it is hinting at. Which would be - too predictable.

Read the first in a graphic novel series- Saga- which appears to be a current booktuber favorite. Like it a lot, but it panders a bit too much to the teenage boy (too many gratuitously sexual frames - it is a graphic novel). My library has one volume listed as children's. Absolutely not. I'll drop an email if it anything like the one I read. Also picked up Marbles which is a graphic memoir about bipolar disorder. I'm going to look for March which is a graphic memoir by John Lewis (currently in congress) about the Civil Rights marches he was part of. And then Chew (not sure of the author)- which sounds totally twisted super hero solves crimes by his being able to know what happened to beings when he eats part of them.

Also have the second in the Lunar series (wrote about Cinder last week) and the new Princess Diaries novel- which is supposed to be an adult novel, but the writer's voice is not quite making it into the adult realm. She can as she has written many adult books.

I read We Should Hang Out Sometime, a book someone in our chain read (sorry, being lazy.) I liked it even though there isn't a whole lot to it.
