Whoo-hoo! Your pants are falling down!
I've been focusing on kettlebells lately, but for my next rotation I'm working in my heavy bag. I'm curious to see if the bells have increased my explosive power. My bag is trembling in fear!

it was a combo really. I started out with Bob Harper's, Paul Katami, Brook Benten Butts and Guts and AOS Newport. I ended up watching alot of Youtube watching because I hurt myself a couple times thinking I knew what I was doing (and I didn't) - so watched Steve Cotter, Jordan Vezina and Yoana Sniderman quite a bit and that helped quite a bit. Skogg System really made it all click for me too. I still bang myself with cleans if I am not paying attention and I space out so I really try to concentrate.
