I have both of these videos. I have never done Element Ballet. I have done Jenn's video maybe half of the way through (this is bad, actually). So Jenn's video wins.

Element Ballet Conditioning is only $7.49 at barnesandnoble.com. That's $2.00 less than I paid at Amazon. They don't seem to have JG's Ballet Body.

I LOVE them both!! Element is more classical ballet while Jen's Ballet Body is more of a ballet/yoga/pilates blend. The music in Jen's workout is terrific! I love 'em both!

Ok... I think I'm going to have to get both. They sound great, and like they would complement each other.
Oh my... I want too many workouts....

If you don't have a B&N near you, you might cruise KMart. I found Element Ballet there last year in their January New Year Resolution offerings.

THREAD REVIVAL ALERT

I got both of these workouts. This is a great example of how VF not only enables, but helps me choose the right workouts.
I like both of them. I am currently in with Jennifer Galardi's Ballet Body workout, and don't think it's too easy. It's just right for a day when I want to feel good while working out and afterwards, but not like I have wasted my time.
I think the intensity is comparable to Ellen Barrett's Fat Burning Fusion, but less aerobic. The music is amazing!!!!

Element Ballet Conditioning is great for working on form and really working my legs. I don't feel very graceful doing it, in fact, I feel like a klutz, but I like that it is helping to strengthen my legs and build stamina.

Fuzzy, the cueing is a bit too much at times, as you said, and she does say some strange things (she says strange things in Shape 20 minute makeover too... ) but I like that she repeats moves enough for me to feel them, she does them slow enough (at least a few times) for me to pick them up with control, and my legs feel fried afterwards but I don't feel like I need to take a week off working my legs either.

These were a great gift (THANK YOU!) and a great trade (also THANK YOU!)
