THREAD REVIVAL ALERT
I got both of these workouts. This is a great example of how VF not only enables, but helps me choose the right workouts. I like both of them. I am currently in with Jennifer Galardi's Ballet Body workout, and don't think it's too easy. It's just right for a day when I want to feel good while working out and afterwards, but not like I have wasted my time. I think the intensity is comparable to Ellen Barrett's Fat Burning Fusion, but less aerobic. The music is amazing!!!! Element Ballet Conditioning is great for working on form and really working my legs. I don't feel very graceful doing it, in fact, I feel like a klutz, but I like that it is helping to strengthen my legs and build stamina. Fuzzy, the cueing is a bit too much at times, as you said, and she does say some strange things (she says strange things in Shape 20 minute makeover too... ) but I like that she repeats moves enough for me to feel them, she does them slow enough (at least a few times) for me to pick them up with control, and my legs feel fried afterwards but I don't feel like I need to take a week off working my legs either. These were a great gift (THANK YOU!) and a great trade (also THANK YOU!) |
