Do you guys have any recommendations on a comparable product that doesn't cost $150 a bottle?

I recently learned of two products:

Why a product company would name themselves "Drunk Elephant" escapes me but they are getting great reviews on line.

Thanks for any recommendations!

Jo Up thread Videofit and I discussed this. I will copy and past her post and link. Previously, I used Skinmedica Vitamin C. I am currently using Skinceuticals. (I use discount codes at SkincareRX so I don't pay as hefty of a price tag). I just purchased the Timeless product and that will be the next one for me to use.

Timeless has been great. Comes in a blue glass bottle with an eyedropper. I pour half of it into another dropper bottle and keep both in the fridge. I've managed to use both up in four months and neither turned yellow. There is no smell at all that I can detect. I just purchased Timeless Matryxl 3000 and can't wait to add it to my routine.

HotandFlashy has lots of great advice and reviews. She is also a home exerciser, starting with The Firm many years ago.

I use Timeless also. I also love their Matrixl 3000 serum with hyaluronic acid. My other favorite skincare is Paula's Choice. It's cheaper than high end, but more than Timeless. Sort of mid-range.

I use Paula's Choice Vit C serum in the orange bottle. I think it is about $50. I had used Skinceuticals in the past and I cannot tell the difference really. The last time I ordered it from PC there was some very minor staining on the box which they told me was because the ferruilc acid fizzes during transit causing pressure that results in some leakage from the seal. They told me they were working on a fix for it and although it is still good to use they credited me for the cost. It was not discolored and was exactly the same as other bottles I ordered from them. I have been using it with no issue.
I will have to try the other brand mentioned upthread though.

Thank you all; I ordered a bottle of the Timeless Vitamin C this morning. I found this blog post that compared vitamin c's. Since she wrote the article, her company created their own vitamin c product.

I just cycled off the Obagi NuDerm with hydroquinone - for those of you with stubborn hyper pigmentation, I highly recommend this line. I hate sitting out in the sun, am obsessive about sunscreen and, despite all that, just have spots all over my cheeks, chin and upper lip. The NuDerm plus 3 peels (every 3 months) really worked. I am not sure if I am going to purchase the system again - I may wait 6 months and then do another cycle.

Thanks again for the Vitamin C info. Happy Sunday!

Can anyone suggest an affordable moisturizing hand cleanser? I always have trouble with dry skin on my hands in the winter (even when it hasn't been very cold like this year). However, it usually just affects the backs of my hands. This year, my palms are so dry that they are cracking and horribly dry, and using any type of hand cream stings like crazy! I'm guessing it's our liquid hand soap that is making it worse. I'd love any suggestions.

Thank you!
Sherry

Sherry, I haven't tried any of them yet, but I think Wegmans is now carrying its own organic line of hand washes, body washes, lotions, etc. Maybe one of those? Or maybe something by Shea Moisture or Yes To?

My hands and feet get horribly dry in the winter, too. I haven't had it bad this year yet since we have had some warm temps and I haven't even had to break out the winter coat yet - I hope that trend continues!
