I like this new one very much. Short to the point routines.
The name, I actually like. It is what I used to say at the gym to people who would approach me for socializing when I went to train. They were friends and understood...Do NOT bother this woman now!

She has such a gentle and encouraging manner. I was in San Diego in March and wish I had booked a session with her.

I had a private before with her and she was fantastic! Very warm, sweet and encouraging.

I've just got the dvd here in the UK and looking forward to trying it out.
A quick query - I cannot log out of my account on her website, I have been looking everywhere for a log out tab / link and can't see it anywhere - can anyone help? I've emailed via their Customer Services but not heard back. Closed down browser and laptop but still signed in! Thanks.

Nina O, Are you on a Mac or a PC? Try clearing out your browser cache. If you are on PC, click CTRL F5 to clear out the browser. I didn't see a log out option.

This dvd ranks very closely along with Lauren's very first dvd as my favorite. I just love the lengths of the workouts as well as the exercises. I feel like I don't even need a warmup because the exercises are doable right from the get go.

I agree. Sometimes I will start with some stretching or a short segment from Ballet Beautiful to hopefully make sure my glutes have been activated. I'm really loving this set and the rotation. I did 5 and 6 yesterday, and I am sore.

I ordered! This is my first dvd purchase this year. Although I've gone streaming, there is still a certain high quality crisp video that DVDs have. Streaming is sometimes grainy.

The short workout on Lauren's first DVD is one of my most used KB segments. I only need 15 min of KB work to get an awesome high. I have looked my best when I did 15 min KB work everyday.

I've done workout one and loved it. Great add on/finisher.
