I just got this dvd and did it this morning...wow, I really liked it! I do mostly step, and some kickboxing, for my cardio, so was under the impression that these "tabata" workouts would be way too hard for me. But, as others have said, she shows different levels, so you can do what's right for your body. I got a seriously intense cardio workout... and, better still, my low back and joints feel fine! Plus, she has a great personality. Woo Hoo!!
