Amy Dixon is adorable in Breathless Body

I got this one in a trade and just previewed it last night. Amy is seriously adorable in a very "likeable instructor" kind of way in this workout. She reminds me of Ellen a little; not so much in personality, but in how genuine and approachable she seems. I feel like she will be fun to work out with. Also, I could not believe that she was able to continue talking throughout those intervals - wow! She must be in fantastic shape.

I really love how the tabata looks in this one, and while there is obviously some impact, it doesn't seem as high as some of the other HIIT/tabata workouts I've had and had to get rid of (for example, I found Cathe's HIIT workout to be seriously dread-inducing for some reason, both on preview and when doing the workout).

What are Amy's other workouts like? Are they similar to BB?

Yes, I love Amy back from Health Magazine - Perfect Body Workout. Me and my sister love that workout and don't want to get rid of it. I do like her cuing and woohoos!!!!!

I can't wait to get both BB later on. First I must get to my virgins

ETA: Perfect Body is intermediate. I use weighted gloves and up the weighs to increase intensity. There are 3 sections cardio /weights/abs. The cardio section is fun and the weight section is a short compounds exercises weight circuit. I like the workout because you hit all in about 1 hour, also you can use the cardio or weights chapter alone anytime.

I didn't actually care for Amy's other workouts I tried (The Give me 10 and 10 more and Superfit Bod), however I loved Breathless Body and I just got BB2 recently. I previewed BB2 and it looks so promising! I can't wait to do it! I've been in an active recovery week with Ellen Barrett and yoga dvds but I chomping at the bit to do BB2. I'm going to try and work it in next week...maybe Sunday.

I love the Breathless Body workouts because you can make it easier or harder (or keep the impact higher or lower) depending on which modifier your following. So if it's during a time when my knees are iffy I can still do this workout but just follow the low impact person. I agree Amy is totally adorable and likeable in these too!

I love Breathless Body 1 and 2 ! Amy is great in both of these. Encouraging when I need it but not over the top. I haven't done any of her other workouts.

You noticed that too, huh. Despite Amy slipping in an extra air jack set, I still really like BB1 and I just ordered 2!
