KCM Athletic Conditioning

Is this workout released yet? I haven't heard any reviews or chatter on this workout. Would love to hear reviews on this workout; especially the stretch segment.

I've done it once with my ten year old son. I really got it for him to do on rainy days since I thought he would like that it had young people in it. It's neat that Kelly's 13 yo son is one of the participants.

It's a good interval workout with many different exercises done for one minute each. Plenty of higher impact moves but also some basic and interesting bodyweight moves. For me it was a good, fun, cardio workout.

The stretch is good. We did it right afterward. I can't remember anything specific or remarkable about it, but it's been a couple of weeks. We'll definitely be using it again.

I love the stretch. I haven't done the cardio yet.

I knew Kelly's son was in this but I thought it was Zack until I saw the credits. At one point, I think she says something to Zack about doing this at home. So, I'm confused.

I think one of her nephews could be in it, but I could be wrong

Oooh--that's my favorite kind of workout! I may have to look into this one...

Kelly's niece (Tatum) is to the right of her (our left) with the long blonde hair!

I didn't order Athletic Conditioning, but I'm really liking her Slim Sculpting DVD!

I believe both her older and younger son are in it.

Yes, Zak is the older son with the dark hair. And, her youngest (Corey) is behind him with the sandy blonde hair, in the back!

I haven't done the cardio workout, but have done the stretch several times. I like that it is a good basic stretch sequence. I have done it after running a few times and it feels great. There are not a ton of basic athletic stretch routines out there. I know I am supposed to stretch, but if I don't have something to follow I don't hold stretches long enough and don't spend enough time doing it.
One of my other favorite stretch DVDs is the one from JNL fusion.

I did the athletic workout today and I liked it.

I checked the credits again. Zach's last name is Fiscus so that threw me. I did hear Kelly refer to herself as aunt Kelly to Tatum and Tatum's last name is Coffey so that makes sense. The one I didn't notice last time was Corrine. Her last name is Twombly! So I'm guessing she's Greg and Sharon's daughter. I can remember when Sharon talked about having "little" ones. Time flies, eh?
