Day 11:
~MFML: Functional Back Care Slinky Spine - This was all standing, very interesting, & felt great. It would be perfect to do after sitting for a long period. Parts of it reminded me of Essentrics Caribbean Spine.
~SI joint focused poses with Sage Rountree and Bob & Brad on YT - I tweaked my left SI joint yesterday and these poses really helped. It’s still a bit sore, but more or less feels like it’s back in place.

Pam, it's funny, I had one of Sage's DVDs and didn't really like it, but I've done some of her practices on YouTube and have really enjoyed them!

Sherry, glad you are feeling better.

Went to a really nice yoga class with live music today--great start to my sadhana!

Sadhana Day 10 - dusted off Zyrka Landwijt's Gentle Yoga for the Series A 33 minute practice. I decided it is a keeper, for now.

I had to skip another day, I'm getting over some sort of stomach bug. It started Tuesday evening. The worst was yesterday (thank goodness for the Twilight Zone and Godzilla marathons) but I made myself come to work today.

Today, I activate my YogaGlo gift from my Secret Santa!

Day 13:
Yoga Upload Gentle Morning practice.

Pat, oh no! That is the horrible virus DH and I had. You poor thing! I hope you feel much better quickly. Enjoy your yoga subscription! I am curious to hear about the practices, but I do NOT need any more yoga! Yesterday I went to organize the TON of yoga practices I had downloaded off you tube and burned to dvd within the past few years. I have more than I can ever use in my life!

Day 1 of New Years Sadhana: Barbara Benagh's Yoga for Stress Relief, passive neck stretch.

My cold went into a sinus infection so hoping to get on antibiotics soon so not feeling very energetic. I'm still going to do the Sadhana though. Sherry and Pat, hope you two get on the mend as well.

Pat, I missed the Godzilla marathon! Hope you are feeling better.

Cate, hope you feel better too!

The studio where I teach has added a yoga class just prior to the one I teach at 5:15 tonight; since I'm off today, I'm going to check it out.
