High Reps program

Hi all!
Do any of you know if there is a program or weightlifting schedule that is lower weights/high reps? I mean like a bodybuilding program with different body parts on different days, and like the High Reps/Muscle Max type of format. I love working out with high reps but would like maybe a more intense type of workout rather than just spending 5-10 minutes per body part like on the total body DVDs.
Thanks!
Stacey

joyce vedral - she has books and you can find the break downs of most of her workouts in the reviews sections.

Stacey, I was also coming to recommend Joyce. I've just discovered her and picked up a couple of books and I'm on my second week doing her workouts. So far I'm happy. If you decide to go that route we do have a Joyce Vedral checkin where you could join us if you're so inclined.

Hi! Thanks for the replies. When I checked out a video clip of her DVD, it didn't look very difficult to me... do you guys do the DVDs or just follow the written workouts?

I don't have her videos -- I'm just using her books. In reading a lot of threads here about her, many people say that it looks easy, but it doesn't seem so easy when you do it. Also that it looks easy, but it gives results. I'm going to give it a decent amount of time and see if I get what I'm looking for, but I'm definitely enjoying what I'm doing.

JNL Fusion can work if you don't mind the cardio. It's time based vs rep based so you have some flexibility.

how long was the clip? So BUG+ lower body is like 11 exercises, 3 sets each. exercises with weights are 12-10-8 reps, exercises without weights are 15 reps each set. none of the exercises are hard, but that 310+ reps, just lower body is hard. If you are fit enough that is not hard and you can't heavy up any more then probably look for 100 rep workouts.

Are all the workouts a HIIT style? Or are there separate cardio and toning DVDS?
