For me, it is Cathe. Cathe offers so many different types of workouts, from strength training to cardio, ranging from spinning to barre to step to HIIT, and offers hundreds of DVDs and streaming workouts. There is no one else who offers so much, and has workouts for the home exerciser that are better than what you can find in most gyms. She also does roadtrips and I went to her 2017 roadtrip, which was challenging, but fun.
I click with her personality, which is upbeat, yet calm and friendly. Her style of workouts is athletic, and not too complex. I like traditional training, which is her foundation, but also enjoy mixing it up with new, trendier workouts, which she offers as well.
The Fit Tower workouts were a nice change this year. I do them with my barre.
