How long have you been exercising with video or audio?

I thought it would be fun to see how long everyone has been exercising with some form of media, from records to digital.

I've been using videos since 1998, so nineteen years.

Your turn!

I had some Rodney Yee in the early 90s. I started with the Firms in the mid 90s.

Since 1982 (?) when Jane Fonda released her first video workout. But it was The Firm Vol. 1 with Susan Harris that got me completely hooked on home video workouts. That was back when it was first released, so I'm guessing it was around 1986.

Early '90's. We had Fit tv and I would watch. After a scary health issue (ectopic pregnancy) I decided I would actually participate. Haven't looked back since! TV, VHS and now DVDs and streaming.
