I've looked around their website before but never did their workouts. I did order the new BB5 set and I'm going to do the current 8 week challenge, just for something different. I like the outdoor scenery!
I really need 2 rest days per week, so my "week" is going to be 9 days to get in all the workouts....7 workouts + 2 rest days. I did Sunday's workout today, the 5K run/walk b/c it worked better with my schedule to do this one today.
I looked at the workouts and the longest is 29 minutes, 2 of them are 25 minutes, there is one 10 min stretch and the remaining are all 14-18 minutes. All appeared to have a warm up. I did not ff to the end to see if they contained a cool down.
I don't think they offer dvds anymore, but I'm saying that only b/c I didn't the latest offered on dvd on their site.
So far I have done Absolutely Beautiful, which was pretty good. I'll probably add ankle weights next time. Tonight I did Arms + Abs, it was only 20 minutes but I worked up more of a sweat than I thought I would!
