I can’t remember if I posted this before but I’ve been listening to a free Qigong summit, hosted by Robert Bowley with 21 interviews from qigong experts. Most of them I haven’t heard of, except for Marisa (YoQi), Mimi Kuo-Deemer, Francesco Garripoli and David Dorian-Ross. Not all of it is qigong. One is on Feldenkrais and a couple on mind-body connection. It’s a bit of a hit and miss; some are good, others not so great. I think today is Day 7 with Marisa.

Hello yoginis!
Today was a rest day of sorts after my needling session this morning. I went to a gentle hatha/restorative class by the fire. It was lovely, less intense stretches than yin along with some restorative poses. Cyana - I did indeed get needled with a few zingers today. I’m still a work in progress, I think that’s a permanent of state of being for me, lol! Yes, YC is the Yoga Collective. I got a crazy Groupon deal from them. It has some interesting practices, but can’t begin to compare with MFML. I’d say that reading is good and a productive use of time. I have two books on the go right now. I’m not sleeping great so using my old Kobo reader at bedtime rather than my kindle or tablet as the Kobo isn’t backlit. It’s more like a book. Sherry - Enjoy your piano & hope your shoulder is okay.
